Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, store, accounts and games. By creating an account, buying a product or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

You are contracting with Marselok Games, an independent game studio based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Our full legal entity details are published at the bottom of this page. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. What we provide

We develop and sell downloadable games and related digital content. Purchases give you access to download the product and a licence to use it, as set out in our End User License Agreement.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payments, billing and tax

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, tax and invoicing mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Prices are shown before you confirm your purchase and may include applicable sales tax or VAT determined by your billing country.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy. See our Refund Policy page for the applicable window and how to request one.

6. Downloads and delivery

Purchased products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment your order is confirmed by email and the product appears in your Library, where secure, time-limited download links are generated. Download links are personal to your account and must not be shared or redistributed.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: use the service unlawfully; commit fraud, spam or payment abuse; infringe intellectual property rights; upload malicious code; probe, scan or interfere with the security of the service; scrape or bulk-download our content; circumvent technical limits, download tokens or licence checks; or resell, redistribute or sublicense our products.

8. User content

Reviews, comments and other content you submit remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and moderate that content solely to operate the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the games, software, artwork, audio, trailers, branding and site content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You receive only the licence described in the EULA.

10. Service availability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, content and pricing may change. Planned maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These limits do not affect the statutory rights of consumers in the EU.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or reversed payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time from your Account page. Purchases you have already paid for remain in your library unless the order was refunded, reversed or fraudulent.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and take effect when published.
