End User License Agreement

The licence terms that apply to games and software you download from us.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Marselok Games covering any game, build, demo, patch, downloadable content or other software we make available ("the Software"). By downloading, installing or using the Software you accept this EULA.

1. Licence granted

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title and interest in the Software, including its code, artwork, models, audio, music, text, trademarks and all related intellectual property.

3. Restrictions

You must not:

copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or make the Software publicly available;

reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted;

modify, patch or create derivative works, except where explicit mod support is provided and only within its documented limits;

remove or alter copyright, trademark or licence notices;

circumvent copy protection, licence checks, download tokens or technical limits;

use the Software to build a competing product, or to develop cheats, exploits or automation tools that harm other players;

use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Content creation

You may capture and publish screenshots, videos and live streams of gameplay, including on monetised channels, provided you do not present the material as official, do not distribute the Software or its assets themselves, and do not use our branding in a misleading way.

5. Updates

We may provide patches, updates or new builds. This EULA applies to them unless they come with separate terms. We are not obliged to provide updates or continued support indefinitely.

6. Third-party components

The Software may include third-party or open-source components licensed under their own terms. Those terms are included with the Software where required and prevail over this EULA for the components they cover.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will run without interruption or error, or on every hardware configuration. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer rights, including the right to a remedy where digital content is faulty or not as described.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Software. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach it, and may be withdrawn if the underlying purchase is refunded, reversed or found to be fraudulent. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

10. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence.
